1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the AMYNO website and purchasing any products offered herein, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of this site immediately.

2. Research Use Only All products sold by AMYNO are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. By purchasing any product from AMYNO, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional and agree to use all products solely for lawful scientific research in a controlled laboratory setting.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from AMYNO. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. AMYNO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

4. Product Information AMYNO makes every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. The purchase of any product from AMYNO does not constitute an endorsement of any specific use beyond lawful scientific research.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. AMYNO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research purposes. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery AMYNO ships to approved locations only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. AMYNO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, all sales are final. AMYNO does not accept returns on peptide products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are issued solely at AMYNO's discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability AMYNO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product. By purchasing from AMYNO, you agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of research compounds.
